Privacy Policy

Draft for your attorney. Written to describe what this site actually collects, which is the part most templates get wrong. Still needs review before launch.

What we collect

When you create an account: your name and email address.

When you pay: Stripe collects and stores your payment details. We receive only your subscription status, renewal date, and a customer reference. We never see your card number.

When you use the members area: we record which calls you click through to join, and when. We use this to understand which calls are useful and who may be drifting out of the habit.

What we do not collect

We do not record calls unless we tell you beforehand. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Who else handles your data

Supabase hosts our database and account system. Stripe processes payments. Vercel hosts the website. Zoom runs the calls and is subject to its own privacy policy. Each of these holds data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while your membership is active. If you cancel, we keep your record for two years in case you return, then delete it. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Email Vantanetworks@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days. Deleting your account ends your membership and cannot be undone.

Cookies

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes we will update this page and tell you.

Security

Your password is stored hashed, never in readable form. Member records are protected so that each account can only read its own. No system is perfect, and if a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly.
