Who we are

Vanta Networks (“we”) operates a paid membership providing live group coaching calls and related services. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Membership and billing

Membership is billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancelling

You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a period.

What membership includes

Access to the live calls described on our website, for as long as your membership is active. We may change the schedule, format, topics or frequency of calls. If we make a change that materially reduces what you receive, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

What membership does not include

We provide coaching and professional development. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or psychological advice. Nothing shared on a call is a guarantee of any particular business or personal outcome.

Your conduct

Calls depend on candour, which depends on trust. You agree not to record, reproduce or redistribute any call or material without our written permission, and not to share anything another member discloses outside the membership. You agree not to share your login. We may end your membership immediately for conduct that damages the experience for others, and will refund the unused portion of your current period if we do.

Our content

Materials we provide remain ours. You may use them for your own practice. You may not resell them, republish them, or present them as your own work.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and continuing your membership after that means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
